We’re Craig and Mary Anne McBreen—a husband-and-wife team bringing our unique strengths to help you thrive. Craig is a 61-year-old NASM-certified trainer with over 25 years in marketing, turned fitness coach after facing the over-50 slump himself.


Mary Anne is a certified personal trainer passionate about empowering women over 50 to build strength, boost energy, and live healthier through virtual training.


Together, we cut through the gimmicks to deliver real, lasting results—losing weight, building muscle, and improving mobility to free you up for life.
