After struggling with weight for most of my life I finally started to take training seriously in my early 50s, I created Fifty Plus Fitness to cater to the unique needs of men in their 40s, 50s, and beyond.
As a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I specialize in fitness programs built to help men lose weight, feel better, and live healthier lives.
