    Absolutely. Most of my clients haven't touched a weight in years. We start where you are and build from there. The program meets you at your level, not where I think you should be.

    That's exactly why I built this program. We work around your limitations, not through them. Proper programming protects your joints, it doesn't destroy them.

  • Do I need a gym membership?

    No. You can train at home with adjustable dumbbells and resistance bands, or at any commercial gym. The program adapts to whatever equipment you have available.

  • What if I travel constantly?

    Every workout has a hotel gym alternative. Pack your resistance bands and you have a complete training system anywhere in the world.

  • How is this different from a generic online program?
